CHIP Launch

On July 30, P2H introduced the Tulsa County Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP). The event was a great success and we would like extend our thanks to all those who attended. We received significant media coverage about the CHIP and you can read a great write-up in the Tulsa World here.

You can download a copy of the CHIP here.

Priority Champions

Community partners who responded to the P2H Information Gathering Survey are featured in the CHIP as Priority Champions. To have your agency featured as a Priority Champion, take the survey here.

P2H Block Party September 19th

Save the Date for the first P2H Block Party! We are taking health improvement on the road and holding a community block party in each region of Tulsa County. The East Region Block Party will be held at Hicks Park (33rd and Mingo) on September 19th from 5-8pm.

All P2H community partners are invited to participate in the block party by providing a fun and interactive activity that promotes health/wellness that is relevant to your organization (i.e., cooking demo, complete streets, container garden, etc). Space is limited, so please contact Lynnsey Childress {lchildress@tulsa-health.org} to secure your spot.

We’re on Facebook!

Follow P2H on Twitter (@TulsaP2H) and “like” us on Facebook to stay in the loop on P2H news and activities. Watch for our spotlight on the Priority Champion of the Week. Your agency could be next!
