P2H Block Party in Collinsville

On March 3, 2014 from 5-7pm the Collinsville Library will host the next P2H Block Party. If your agency offers services to Owasso, Collinsville, and/or Skiatook email lchildress@tulsa-health.org to sign up for a booth. The block parties are designed to bring residents together with community agencies who are there to serve them in a fun, family friendly, interactive way. We hope to see you there!

Newsworthy: Affordable Care Sign-Up

P2H is excited to be a part of a planning group that is working with multiple stakeholders to host 4 Marketplace Enrollment events on March 24th. As more information is made available about “Marketplace Monday” events it will be shared with everyone, so stay tuned.

Ensuring that all residents of Tulsa County have insurance coverage is a priority in the Community Health Improvement Plan. Events and partnerships such as Marketplace Monday help us to collectively achieve the goals we have set for our community.

Where the Pathway Leads

P2H is all about community health improvement. Together we can make connections and make a difference in Tulsa County. The Executive Advisory Committee met at the end of January and set goals for the partnership so that we can move forward with a collective vision.

Over the next year, we will be working to leverage resources for health improvement, to establish a reliable means of cross-sector communication, and to expand the connections we are making within the P2H partnership as well as with state and national agencies who are working on similar initiatives.

Is your agency social?

P2H is on Facebook and Twitter! Like and follow us and be sure to tag us in posts that are related to community health improvement. We’d love to promote your events, share your stories, and “like” you and your agency too!

Every week we feature one of our community partners on Facebook and Twitter, so let us know what area of health improvement you are contributing to by taking our information gathering survey so we can let others know. We are all about making connections and demonstrating how our community partners are making a difference.

If you have information you would like shared with the P2H partnership, please email info@pathwaystohealthtulsa.org.
