Pathways to Health Block Parties
P2H has brought together 22 community partners to interact with 470 community residents in three regions of Tulsa County! Through our block parties we are able to connect residents to the agencies working in their neighborhoods to improve their quality of life. Many thanks to the agencies who have participated and the schools and park that hosted this Fall. We look forward to three additional block parties in early 2014. Email email@example.com if you would like to be notified of upcoming community engagement activities.
